Unprofessionalllll.... Doesn't answer the phone after lying about the days he'd be done with my car and they've had it over a year now.... I WILL NEVER IN LIFE deal with them again.... and Im so hoping Kendrick responds to this rn! U are not a man or your word and you're definitely not a man or mechanic that Id send TO ANYBODY.... AN PLEASE respond now so I can be forsure you're looking at your phone acting like you don't see my calls right now.....disgusting business...an This is Marlon so don't play like I'm lying or like this is a misunderstanding..... YOU'RE JUST BAD BUSINESS

Don’t let these other reviews deter you!! I had a really great experience here! Everyone was so kind, quick service, and their prices are fair! Kerry fixed a gnarly AC leak that was spilling out on my passenger floorboard. He was super informative and updated me every step of the repairs. Would definitely recommend this place.

Frustrating Experience and Moving Goalposts ​I initially thought I’d found a good radiator shop, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. My experience was defined by delays, unprofessionalism, and a price tag that changed every time I picked up the phone. ​I originally called and spoke with Amari (receptionist/daughter), who quoted me $20 and a one-hour turnaround. Based on that, I left my oil cooler for a full inspection and repair, instead of just the one repair. It took three days before they even touched it. When Amari finally called, the price had jumped to $120. She denied the original quote, suggesting I "misheard" her. ​Despite the $100 hike, I was willing to pay the $120 because I do understand the work that goes into the repair. However, when I called the next morning to confirm their payment methods, the price miraculously jumped again to $150. Amari claimed she made yet another mistake and that the previous quote was only for half the work. It is unprofessional to expect the customer to pay for the staff's repeated quoting errors. A brand new cooler is only $140. ​To make matters worse: ​Zero Accountability: I was promised a call from the owner, Lorenzo, to resolve the
